Kilmeaden Village includes 48 new homes designed to meet the needs of a growing community. The homes are designed to be:

• Accessible — supporting older people and those with reduced mobility.
• Energy-efficient — built to current standards and connected to the local district-heating network.
• Well connected — with direct links to the village centre, greenways and community facilities.

A Linear Park will run alongside the homes, creating safe, car-free routes for walking and cycling. District heating, drawn from waste heat at the technology park, is designed to provide a lower-carbon source of heat for the homes and village centre.
